Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage, bicycles, and similar large items in retail environments.
- Follow assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure accurate and secure construction of products.
- Document completed work via smartphone app, including photos, scanning, and invoicing as required.
- Transport and manage personal tools needed for assembly tasks.
- Check in at job sites promptly and maintain a consistent presence to maximize assignments and earning potential.
- Collaborate with store personnel and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Demonstrate flexibility in handling a variety of assembly assignments, adjusting to the needs of different retail locations.
- Adhere to company policies regarding time management, quality standards, and safety regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Physically able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and manage large-item assembly safely.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites.
- Smartphone with functional camera for job documentation and communication.
- Ownership of essential hand and power tools, including a cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Punctual, reliable, and committed to quality workmanship.
