Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble assigned products, ensuring safety and quality standards are met or exceeded.
- Check in at job sites on time, ready to begin assembly work promptly.
- Use personal tools and equipment to complete assembly tasks effectively.
- Document completed work using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Communicate with store personnel as needed to coordinate assembly activities and maintain positive relationships.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols and retailer guidelines.
- Meet productivity goals and participate in ongoing training to improve assembly techniques and product knowledge.
- Display professionalism and reliability to ensure ongoing work assignments and access to high-volume stores.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and comfortable handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned retail locations.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and communication purposes.
- Ownership of essential tools, including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude; no formal experience required, but a strong work ethic and readiness to learn are essential.
