Assembly Technician - Summary- Assemble a variety of retail products, including but not limited to grills, outdoor equipment, furniture, storage solutions, and bicycles, directly in-store.

- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and comfortable handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to assigned retail locations.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and communication purposes.
- Ownership of essential tools, including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude; no formal experience required, but a strong work ethic and readiness to learn are essential.
- Mechanically inclined, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality assembly results.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
