Applicants must meet certain requirements to be successful in the Assembly Technician role. You must be at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting items over 50 lbs repeatedly, and have reliable transportation to travel between store locations. A smartphone with a functional camera is essential, as you will use our app to scan items, take photos, and submit invoices. You will also need to provide your own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
We do not require formal assembly experience for this role. Instead, we seek individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
