Duties & Responsibilities- Assemble a wide variety of retail products within store environments, including but not limited to grills, BBQs, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage solutions, and bicycles.
- Follow manufacturer instructions and company guidelines to complete assemblies efficiently and accurately.
- Use your own set of required tools to safely and effectively put together products, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Engage in daily check-ins and utilize a smartphone with a camera for documentation, scanning, and invoicing through the designated company app.
- Manage your own work schedule through self-scheduling options, providing flexibility and autonomy in your workdays and hours.
- Maintain punctuality by adhering to assigned check-in times at retail locations, which leads to higher commission opportunities.
- Deliver completed assemblies that meet quality standards, with a focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business for the company.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company management as needed for job assignments and issue resolution.
- Take responsibility for the safe operation of tools and equipment during the assembly process.
- Adhere to company policies regarding reliability, attendance, and quality of work.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting and carrying items exceeding 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Reliable personal transportation required for travel to various retail locations.
- Ownership of a smartphone equipped with a functioning camera for job management, invoicing, and documentation.
- Possession of necessary personal tools, including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.
- Willingness to adhere to company attendance, punctuality, and quality standards.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time efficiently while working independently in fast-paced retail environments.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to both speed and workmanship quality.
- Consistently punctual and reliable, ensuring all assignments are completed as scheduled.
- Comfortable using a smartphone for work-related tasks and communication.
- Enjoys variety in daily tasks and is eager to take on new assembly challenges regularly.

- No formal experience is required; however, a proven ability to quickly learn mechanical processes and tools is essential for success as an Assembly Technician.
