Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble various large-item retail products on-site at partner retail locations according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all assembled products meet quality and safety standards.
- Use personal tools and equipment to efficiently complete assembly assignments.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone application for invoicing and workflow management.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel to coordinate assembly tasks and resolve any issues.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability in all job assignments to qualify for priority access to more jobs and higher commission rates.
- Follow company guidelines and best practices to ensure consistent, high-quality results.
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Physically able to lift and handle 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Must possess reliable personal transportation.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera for workflow documentation and communication.
- Owns a complete set of hand and power tools, including (but not limited to) an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and priorities efficiently.
