- Work directly in major retail stores, providing professional assembly services to customers.

- Personal tool kit including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential; timely arrival and consistent attendance are required for commission eligibility.
- Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn assembly procedures; formal experience is not required but is a plus.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time effectively.
