Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble large-item retail products such as grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, outdoor storage sheds, and more in-store
- Follow product specifications and safety guidelines to ensure quality assembly
- Use personal hand and power tools, including 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, assorted screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet
- Document completed assemblies via smartphone app, including photos, scans, and invoicing
- Maintain punctuality by checking in on time at each job location
- Demonstrate reliability and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Adhere to company policies and uphold a professional attitude at all times
- Communicate effectively with store staff and supervisors to coordinate assembly assignments
- Prioritize safety and accuracy throughout the assembly process

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs repeatedly

- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn and follow assembly instructions
