Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of large retail items including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, bikes, and similar products according to manufacturer specifications.
- Ensure all assemblies meet quality and safety standards.
- Check-in on time at job sites to maximize commission rates and maintain reliability.
- Take photos and complete necessary documentation using a smartphone app for invoicing and tracking.
- Maintain your own set of required tools for efficient assembly work.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and the company to report progress and resolve issues.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company in a professional manner at all times.

- Ownership of essential tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions.
