Duties & Responsibilities- Assemble various large-item retail products, including but not limited to grills, BBQ equipment, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and bicycles within retail store locations.
- Ensure all products are assembled accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with manufacturer specifications and store requirements.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools and power tools, such as cordless impact drivers, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, and rubber mallets.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photo evidence, scanning, and invoicing through a designated app.
- Handle products with care, maintaining a safe and organized workspace within the retail environment.
- Demonstrate punctuality by consistently checking in on time at assigned job sites.
- Maintain high standards of reliability, ensuring consistent attendance and dependable performance.
- Adhere to company policies regarding quality workmanship, speed, and safety protocols.
- Performance-based pay structure, allowing motivated Assembly Technicians to increase earnings based on the number and complexity of units completed.
- Average earnings of $20 per hour, with top performers achieving significantly higher rates.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly and managing large-item assembly tasks.
- Ownership of reliable personal transportation to travel between job sites as needed.
- Possession of a smartphone with a functional camera, necessary for photo documentation, scanning, and invoicing through company applications.
- Ownership of essential tools for assembly, including but not limited to a cordless impact driver or drill (18V preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn assembly processes, even if formal experience is not required.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
