As an Assembly Technician at M&C Assemblies, you'll play a crucial role in the customer experience by ensuring that products are safely and correctly assembled directly in retail stores. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and store efficiency, making you a key member of the team. You will be responsible for assembling a variety of in-demand products such as grills, BBQs, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, bicycles, and similar large items. - Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly.

- Ownership of essential tools, including (but not limited to):
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Ability to start work by 9AM as required.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong attention to detail and safety.
