- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting items weighing 50 pounds or more on a regular basis.
- Ability to handle and assemble large retail products efficiently.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to store locations as assigned.
- Smartphone with a working camera for work documentation and use of company applications.
- Personal tool kit including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Mechanically inclined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to manage time effectively with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrates reliability by consistently showing up on time and completing assignments as scheduled.
- Committed to producing high-quality work and meeting company standards for assembly and safety.

- No formal experience required, but a willingness to learn and mechanical aptitude are essential.
