Top performers can achieve significantly higher hourly rates, with no cap on potential earnings. The more efficiently and correctly you assemble, the greater your financial rewards.

Technicians benefit from a self-scheduling system that offers full control over their workdays and hours. Weekly pay is provided via direct deposit, and there are automated percentage increases that reward top performance. Successful candidates must be at least 18 years old, able to repeatedly lift items weighing 50 pounds or more, and have reliable personal transportation. A smartphone with a working camera is required for tasks such as photographing completed assemblies, scanning barcodes, and invoicing through the company app. Assembly Technicians must also supply their own tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, an Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and a rubber mallet. These tools are essential to efficiently and safely complete assembly tasks on various products.

While no formal experience is required, applicants should be mechanically inclined, proactive, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. M&C Assemblies places a high value on punctuality and reliability, rewarding these traits with higher commission rates, more assignments, and access to premium store locations. Compensation is based on the number of pieces assembled, encouraging technicians to focus on both speed and quality workmanship to maximize their opportunities and earnings.
