Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently and accurately assemble a variety of large-item retail products on-site at major stores
- Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturer guidelines during assembly
- Use personal set of tools (including cordless impact driver or drill, socket sets, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, and more)
- Utilize a smartphone for documentation, photos, scanning, and invoicing via company app
- Check in punctually at each job site and communicate effectively with store staff and M&C Assemblies management
- Ensure all assemblies meet high standards of workmanship and functionality before completion
- Adapt to diverse tasks and products, maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Salary & Benefits
- Competitive earnings: average pay is $20/hr, with top performers earning up to $60/hr (no cap on commission-based pay)

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and assembling large retail items
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for work documentation and invoicing
- Personal tool kit including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow assembly instructions
- Mechanically inclined and prepared to work without prior formal experience
