Assembly Technicians are responsible for assembling a wide range of high-demand retail products, including but not limited to:
- Grills and BBQ equipment
- Lawn mowers and outdoor power equipment
- Patio furniture sets
- Wheelbarrows and outdoor storage sheds
- Bicycles
- Other large-item retail products

Assembly Technician - Summary
As an Assembly Technician, you will be tasked with the efficient, safe, and accurate assembly of a variety of large retail items within major stores. You will utilize your mechanical skills and personal toolset to deliver high-quality workmanship while managing your own schedule. This position is performance-driven, offering competitive pay and the opportunity for increased earnings based on your output and reliability.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of products including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, storage sheds, and bicycles according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards
- Utilize your own tools, including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet
- Document completed work using a smartphone camera for photos, scanning, and invoicing via company app
- Maintain punctuality with on-time check-ins at job sites to maximize commission rates
- Demonstrate reliability by consistently showing up as scheduled and delivering quality work
- Adhere to all safety protocols and store policies while working on-site
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company coordinators as needed

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Reliable personal transportation
- Ownership of required tools (as listed above)
- Smartphone with working camera for app-based documentation
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow detailed assembly instructions
