The Assembly Technician position requires candidates to be at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting and moving heavy items (50+ lbs), and equipped with reliable personal transportation. You must also possess a smartphone with a functional camera for recording completed work, scanning, and invoicing through the company’s app. A full set of personal tools is essential, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen or hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
Success in the Assembly Technician role is rewarded through a performance-based compensation model.
