Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble products including grills, lawn mowers, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, and similar large items inside retail stores.
- Follow manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines to ensure quality assembly.
- Utilize a smartphone for task management, invoicing, and photo documentation of completed assemblies.
- Maintain punctuality and reliability when checking in and out of job sites.
- Manage your own schedule and availability using a self-scheduling system.
- Ensure all work areas are clean and safe during and after assembly tasks.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and M&C Assemblies support staff as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and handling large-item assembly tasks.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel to multiple retail locations.
- Smartphone with a functioning camera for task management and documentation within the company app.
- Ownership of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
