To thrive in this Assembly Technician role, candidates must be at least 18 years old, physically capable of lifting 50 pounds or more repeatedly, and comfortable working with large and sometimes complex products. Reliable personal transportation is necessary to travel to assigned retail locations. A smartphone with a working camera is essential for capturing photos, scanning items, and managing invoices through our proprietary app.
Technicians are required to bring their own tools, including but not limited to an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters/utility knives, and rubber mallets. Mechanical aptitude is a must, and while no formal assembly experience is required, you should be ready to work hard and learn quickly.
