Assembly Technicians have the unique privilege of working with a variety of products, ensuring that each item meets strict quality and safety standards before reaching the customer. Your day-to-day tasks will vary, making every shift new and engaging. You will need to be comfortable working independently, problem-solving on the spot, and using a variety of tools to assemble items ranging from outdoor storage sheds to bicycles and wheelbarrows. The job requires a strong work ethic, a commitment to punctuality, and a focus on delivering excellent results for our retail partners and their customers.
Applicants must have their own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, box cutter, utility knife, and rubber mallet. You must also have reliable personal transportation, be physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly, and have a smartphone equipped with a camera for documentation and invoicing via our company app. While no formal experience is required, being mechanically inclined and ready to learn is essential to success in this role.
