Assembly Technician - Summary
- Responsible for in-store assembly of large retail items such as grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers, bicycles, and outdoor equipment.
- Work independently and manage your schedule to complete assignments at various retail locations.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a wide variety of products, including but not limited to:
- Barbecue grills and outdoor cooking equipment
- Lawn mowers and power tools
- Patio furniture sets
- Wheelbarrows and garden carts
- Bicycles and sports equipment
- Outdoor storage sheds
- Follow manufacturer instructions and company guidelines to ensure safe, accurate, and timely assembly of each product.
- Use your own hand and power tools, including cordless drills, socket sets, screwdrivers, pliers, and other necessary equipment.
- Document completed work using a smartphone to take photos, scan barcodes, and submit invoices through our company app.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel to coordinate assembly tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high standard of punctuality, reliability, and professionalism in all assignments.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and handle items over 50 lbs consistently.
- Access to reliable personal transportation for travel between assignments.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a functioning camera for app-based documentation and communication.
- Personal tool kit, preferably including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill
- Deep metric socket set
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Various screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter or utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Mechanically inclined with an ability to follow detailed assembly instructions.
- Professionalism and reliability are essential.
