Assembly Technician - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble retail merchandise correctly and efficiently according to product specifications and company guidelines
- Use a variety of hand and power tools to complete builds, including drills, impact drivers, and socket sets
- Check in and out of job sites punctually using a smartphone app
- Document completed work by photographing and scanning assembled items as required
- Maintain a high standard of quality and safety throughout all assembly tasks
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company management as needed
- Follow a self-scheduling system, blocking your own availability to maximize efficiency and work-life balance
- Manage and transport your own tools and equipment to each job site
- Handle large and heavy items safely and responsibly during assembly and movement
Salary & Benefits

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving items weighing 50+ lbs
- Reliable personal transportation for commuting between stores
- Ownership of essential tools, including:
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric socket set
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- Smartphone with functional camera for documenting work and using company app
- Mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and reliability
