- Assemble retail products onsite at partner stores, including but not limited to BBQ grills, outdoor power equipment, patio sets, wheelbarrows, and storage sheds.
- Ensure all items are assembled correctly, safely, and in a timely manner according to manufacturer and company guidelines.
- Document completed work using a smartphone app for photos, scanning, and invoicing.
- Maintain punctuality with on-time check-ins at assigned locations.
- Provide your own set of tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter/utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Uphold high standards of quality and customer service in all assembly projects.
- Competitive piece-rate pay structure; average earnings of $20/hr, with top performers reaching $60/hr equivalent.
