The role of an Assembly Technician is essential for ensuring that a wide range of products are properly put together and ready for customer use at retail locations. As an Assembly Technician, you will be responsible for assembling products such as grills, lawnmowers, patio furniture, and wheelbarrows at various retail client sites. You should also own the necessary hand and power tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex sockets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter, and a rubber mallet. Additionally, a smartphone with a functioning camera is required for invoicing and documenting completed work. The ability to lift and move products weighing at least 50 pounds is also essential for this physically active role.
