Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of large retail products, including BBQ grills, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage units, and bicycles.
- Complete assembly tasks with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail to meet M&C Assemblies’ quality standards.
- Arrive at scheduled store locations promptly and maintain professional communication with store management and staff.
- Utilize personal hand and power tools, including cordless drills, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, cutting pliers, various screwdrivers, adjustable wrenches, box cutters, and rubber mallets.
- Use a smartphone with camera capabilities for task documentation, invoicing, and job tracking through company applications.
- Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs or more on a repeated basis while assembling products in various retail environments.
- Follow assembly instructions and manufacturer specifications to ensure safe and reliable builds.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at each project site.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring products are assembled correctly, on time, and ready for customer use.
Salary & Benefits
- Performance-based pay structure with average earnings of $20/hr and opportunities to earn up to $60/hr based on efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18.
- Ability to repeatedly lift and maneuver items weighing over 50 lbs.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between job assignments.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a functional camera for documentation and invoicing.
- Personal tool kit including (but not limited to): 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, a variety of screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and rubber mallet.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new assembly processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- No formal experience required, but a background in assembly, construction, or similar hands-on roles is beneficial.
