Physical stamina is also important, as you will be required to lift items weighing 50 pounds or more repeatedly throughout your shift. While no formal experience is required, candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a strong mechanical aptitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to delivering top-quality workmanship with every assembly.
