Assembly Technician - Summary- Responsible for in-store assembly of a variety of large retail products such as grills, patio furniture, lawn mowers, bikes, outdoor equipment, and more.
- Work independently and efficiently in major retail locations, assembling merchandise for customer purchase.

- Use personal tools, including 18V cordless impact driver or drill, metric socket set, Allen/hex bits, pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Utilize a smartphone to take product photos, scan items, and process invoices using the company app.
- Maintain consistent communication with the company and store personnel regarding job status and completion.
- Demonstrate punctuality by checking in on time for all assignments, which is rewarded through increased pay rates.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and ensure each build meets company and client standards.

- No formal assembly experience required, but must be ready and willing to work and learn on the job.
