Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of large retail products in-store, including grills, BBQ equipment, lawn mowers, outdoor power equipment, patio furniture, bikes, wheelbarrows, outdoor storage sheds, and similar items.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and safety guidelines to ensure each product is built accurately and safely.
- Use personal tools, such as cordless impact drivers, metric sockets, Allen/hex bit sets, screwdrivers, and more, to efficiently complete each assembly.
- Communicate with store management and maintain a professional presence while working in retail environments.
- Document completed assemblies using a smartphone for photos, scanning, and invoicing through the company app.
- Adhere to daily schedules and meet assigned deadlines for product assembly.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the store.
- Demonstrate punctuality and reliability by checking in on time for every assignment.
- Ensure every build meets quality standards and company expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and physically able to lift and maneuver items weighing 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Must have reliable personal transportation to travel to various store locations as needed.
- Smartphone with a working camera required for documentation and invoicing through the company app.
- Must supply your own tools, including (but not limited to):
- 18V cordless impact driver or drill (strongly preferred)
- Deep metric sockets
- Allen/hex bit set
- Cutting pliers
- Multiple screwdrivers
- Adjustable wrench
- Box cutter/utility knife
- Rubber mallet
- No formal experience required, but applicants must be mechanically inclined and able to follow assembly instructions accurately.
