As an Assembly Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring that products such as lawnmowers, grills, patio furniture, wheelbarrows, and similar items are properly assembled and ready for customer use. As an Assembly Technician, your core responsibilities will center on on-site assembly of a diverse range of products at various retail locations. This involves interpreting assembly instructions, utilizing mechanical tools, and ensuring that all components are securely and correctly assembled. The role requires frequent interaction with retail staff and adherence to quality standards, making attention to detail and professionalism essential. Assembly Technicians are expected to manage their schedules efficiently, adapt to different retail environments, and consistently deliver high-quality workmanship.

This position requires candidates to meet several physical and technical requirements. You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of lifting items weighing at least 50lbs to handle the physical demands of the job. Reliable transportation is essential as you will be traveling to different retail locations for assignments. Invoicing and job documentation are facilitated via your own smartphone with a functioning camera, enabling efficient communication and accurate reporting. To perform your assembly duties, you must possess a set of essential tools, including an 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex sockets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, an adjustable wrench, a box cutter, and a rubber mallet. These tools are critical for handling a variety of assembly tasks efficiently and safely.
