Duties & Responsibilities
- Efficiently assemble products such as grills, outdoor equipment, furniture, and bikes according to manufacturer specifications and store requirements.
- Ensure all assembled items meet safety and quality standards before placement on the retail floor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, managing tools and equipment responsibly.
- Check in on time at assigned store locations and accurately report completed work through the company app, using a smartphone for scanning and invoicing as needed.
- Communicate effectively with store personnel and company management regarding job status and any assembly challenges.
- Prioritize tasks to maximize efficiency and productivity, adapting to varying store needs and product types.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, punctuality, and dependability.
- Follow all company safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physically capable of lifting and handling items weighing 50 pounds or more on a repeated basis.
- Access to reliable personal transportation for commuting to various store locations.
- Ownership of a smartphone with a working camera to facilitate work documentation and communication.
- Possession of essential tools, including (but not limited to): cordless impact driver or drill (18V preferred), deep metric sockets, Allen/hex bit set, cutting pliers, multiple screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter or utility knife, and a rubber mallet.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage time and assignments.
