Duties & Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of consumer products to manufacturer specifications using hand and power tools.
- Ensure all items are built safely, securely, and in compliance with company and client standards.
- Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to guarantee optimal functionality and appearance.
- Communicate effectively with retail store personnel and company supervisors regarding project status and inventory needs.
- Document completed work using a smartphone camera for invoicing and record-keeping purposes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Transport necessary tools and equipment reliably to each assigned retail location.
- Adhere to scheduled deadlines and manage time efficiently to maximize performance-based earnings.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years required.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations as needed.
- Ownership of essential tools, including: 18V cordless impact driver or drill, deep metric sockets, Allen/hex sockets, cutting pliers, screwdrivers, adjustable wrench, box cutter, and rubber mallet.
- Smartphone with a working camera for documentation and invoicing tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail setting.
