Assembler - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to support overall productivity and safety initiatives.
- Follow detailed assembly instructions and production schedules to meet deadlines and achieve production goals.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute ideas to enhance assembly efficiency and effectiveness.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively as required for the assembly process.
- Report any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor or manager to ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous experience as an Assembler or in a similar manufacturing or production role is preferred, typically ranging from 1 to 5 years.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting assembly instructions, diagrams, and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform quality inspections consistently.
