Duties & Responsibilities
- Stand at a workstation for extended periods to perform assembly tasks
- Read, understand, and accurately follow work instructions—both written and verbal
- Operate secondary equipment, including sonic welders, pad printers, automated assembly machines, and other related tools
- Visually and mechanically inspect parts and equipment to ensure they meet quality standards
- Complete all assigned work as described in detailed work instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with team members and assist in other departments as production needs arise
- Meet or exceed established line throughput targets and uphold quality goals
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support production objectives
