Asana Administrator - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage and administer all backend components of the Asana platform, including automation rules, custom fields, and task templates to maintain efficient workflows.
- Oversee the platform's architecture to ensure it aligns with evolving organizational goals and supports platform hygiene.
- Conduct regular quality assurance checks, address ad hoc requests, and uphold governance standards and best practices.
- Maintain comprehensive platform documentation, including architecture details, process guidelines, and update logs.
- Identify and implement process optimization opportunities to enhance team productivity and streamline operations.
- Support ongoing development and integration of Asana AI automation features for improved efficiency and advanced reporting.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Asana-related inquiries, troubleshooting, and user training.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, and other departments to facilitate cross-functional solutions and custom workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in Asana administration and backend management, with a strong understanding of Asana's features (rules, fields, forms, reporting dashboards).
- Ability to facilitate complex, cross-functional solutions while maintaining connectivity and supporting custom workflows.
- Familiarity with standard Marketing organizational structures and execution models is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree required; additional certifications in project management or Asana administration are considered a plus.
