Architect (RA) - Summary- Lead technical design and documentation for diverse architectural projects
- Key contributor for projects in healthcare, federal, and commercial sectors
- Drive innovative design solutions from concept through construction documentation
- Mentor and supervise junior architectural staff

- Prepare and oversee development of finished plans, specifications, material selections, and construction documentation
- Conduct site investigations and field observations to ensure project quality and compliance
- Attend and lead internal and external project meetings to coordinate project progress
- Supervise or mentor architects and coordinate with other design and engineering professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Registered Architect (RA) license required
- Minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, preferably with a focus on technical design and documentation
- Proficiency in Revit and advanced knowledge of architectural software
- Strong communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent planning skills and a solid understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and provide mentorship to junior staff
- Track record of building effective relationships with clients and project teams
- Specialized experience with air traffic control tower projects is highly desirable
- Possesses a Master's degree in Architecture (preferred)
- LEED Accredited Professional credential
- Experience with Newforma, Deltek Vision, SketchUp, and InDesign
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
