The Applications Administrator plays a critical role in supporting the operational excellence of player support systems by managing, optimizing, and maintaining key application infrastructure. In this role, you will oversee the configuration, customization, and ongoing maintenance of various support tools. These include Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems such as Zendesk, Salesforce, and Intercom, as well as internal tools that manage user permissions and automate workflows. You will be entrusted with application license management and will work closely with external vendors to ensure cost-effective and high-quality service delivery. This position involves strategic planning for tooling management, requiring collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance the efficiency of player support processes.
The Applications Administrator will also play a significant part in ensuring compliance with global security standards, providing mentorship to partner tooling administrators, and actively participating in CRM migration initiatives. Candidates should possess a minimum of five years of experience in CRM application administration and demonstrate proficiency with customer service technology platforms, including CRM, Content Management Systems (CMS), and Quality Assurance (QA) systems. Experience leading CRM migration projects, as well as expertise in system configuration, automation, and reporting, will be highly valued.
