Application Support Specialist - Summary
- Provide technical support for Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and related clinical applications.
- Act as a primary point of contact for system issues and user inquiries.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to maintain and optimize software systems.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver expert-level support for HCHB, addressing technical issues and user questions promptly and efficiently.
- Work closely with other technical and operational teams to identify system improvements and implement enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze recurring system problems, applying best practices to resolve issues and prevent future occurrences.
- Participate in the full software lifecycle, including testing updates and enhancements to ensure system stability and compliance.
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides to empower end-users.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and demonstrate self-motivation in managing daily responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, relay updates, and ensure satisfaction with solutions provided.
