The Application Support Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality technical support and optimal performance for clinical software systems, with a particular focus on Homecare Homebase (HCHB). As an integral member of the technology team, the Application Support Specialist is responsible for maintaining and enhancing core clinical applications, supporting end-users, and collaborating closely with both operational and technical departments. The Application Support Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert for HCHB and associated clinical applications.
