As an Application Packaging Engineer, you will focus on ensuring reliable and efficient application deployments across Windows and cloud environments. Your expertise with MSI, App-V, and Cloud Paging technologies will be critical for successful application packaging and distribution. You will also play an integral role in supporting and maintaining application delivery environments, particularly those leveraging Azure and Citrix platforms. Automation is a key component of this role, and your skills in PowerShell and Python scripting will be essential for streamlining packaging, deployment, and operational processes. In addition to technical know-how, strong troubleshooting abilities are required to resolve deployment, compatibility, and performance issues that may arise in complex Windows environments.

Application Packaging Engineer - Summary
- Responsible for packaging, deploying, and managing enterprise applications using MSI, App-V, and Cloud Paging technologies.
- Maintain and support application delivery environments with a focus on Azure and Citrix platforms.
- Automate packaging and operational processes using PowerShell and Python scripting.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and application teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application deployment, compatibility, and performance issues in Windows environments.

- Package and deploy applications for enterprise environments using leading technologies such as MSI, App-V, and Cloud Paging.
- Support and maintain robust application delivery platforms, leveraging services like Azure and Citrix.
- Develop and manage automation scripts to improve efficiency in application packaging and deployment workflows.
- Provide technical support for application deployment, addressing issues related to compatibility and performance across various Windows configurations.
- Work collaboratively with infrastructure and application teams to ensure cohesive and reliable application delivery solutions.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing efforts.

Qualifications & Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in infrastructure, application packaging, or application delivery roles.
- Proven expertise with Microsoft Windows platforms and application deployment technologies.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-based infrastructure solutions.
- Experience working in Citrix environments for application delivery and support.
- Strong scripting skills using PowerShell and/or Python to automate processes.
