Duties & Responsibilities

- Develop custom applications and tailor COTS products to meet organizational needs.
- Utilize .NET technologies including Kendo UI Telerik, C#.net, Web API, REST API, JSON, SQL Server, Oracle, XML, HTML5, and Angular JS to design and implement robust solutions.
- Promote best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation within the team.
- Collaborate with team members in a hybrid work setting, balancing remote and in-person responsibilities.
- Engage in problem-solving and troubleshooting to address complex technical challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising or leading a support or development team.
- Demonstrated expertise in developing custom applications or customizing COTS solutions.
- Proficiency in .NET technologies, including Kendo UI Telerik and C#.net frameworks.
- Strong command of database management with SQL Server and Oracle.
- In-depth knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5 and Angular JS.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
