App Usability Tester Job OverviewWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented App Usability Tester to join our remote quality assurance (QA) team on a full-time basis. Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive usability testing scenarios on both mobile and web-based platforms to identify potential issues and ensure optimal user experience.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and areas of user experience friction in a clear and organized manner.
- Collaborate with development and design teams to effectively communicate testing results and user feedback, ensuring quick resolution of identified issues.
- Verify software features for compatibility and performance across a variety of devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring accessibility and consistency for all users.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that outline testing findings, insights, and recommendations for product improvement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured testing instructions and protocols.
- Comfort and proficiency with remote work tools and digital communication platforms.
- Familiarity with mobile and web app ecosystems, including basic navigation, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, usability testing, or a related field is preferred but not strictly required.
