Responsibilities- Execute comprehensive usability testing scenarios on mobile and web platforms to identify inconsistencies and areas for improvement.
- Document and report bugs, glitches, and user experience issues with detailed and clear notes to facilitate efficient resolution by development teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams to communicate findings, share feedback, and participate in the troubleshooting and resolution process.
- Verify that software features and functionalities operate as intended across various devices, browsers, and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience for all customers.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily or weekly reports that summarize testing activities, findings, and recommendations for enhancements.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meticulously follow structured instructions and testing protocols.
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and a strong understanding of mobile and web app ecosystems.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, user testing, or a related technical field is preferred and beneficial for success in this position.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a desktop, laptop, or mobile device suitable for software testing activities.
