Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified) - Summary
- Key team member responsible for maintaining and repairing apartment units and common areas
- Ensures timely and efficient completion of maintenance service requests
- Utilizes HVAC and EPA certification to address specialized repair and maintenance needs
- Supports the overall functionality and appearance of the property
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and property management
- Prepare market-ready units for new residents, including trash removal and general repairs
- Carry out assigned maintenance tasks with efficiency and attention to quality
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliances
- Install locks and create keys as required
- Replace light bulbs and address other maintenance needs in common areas
- Remove trash from office spaces and throughout the apartment community on a daily basis
- Assist in the upkeep of grounds, amenities, exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other shared areas

Qualifications & Requirements
- HVAC and EPA certification required
- Experience in apartment or property maintenance preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
