Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified) - Summary
- Hands-on role maintaining apartment units and common areas
- Requires HVAC/EPA certification for handling refrigeration and air conditioning systems

Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and staff
- Prepare units for new residents, including trash removal and basic repairs
- Carry out maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry, electrical, and plumbing repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems in compliance with EPA regulations
- Install locks, make keys, and replace light bulbs as needed
- Remove trash regularly from office areas and apartment community grounds
- Maintain the aesthetic and functional quality of grounds, amenities, and building exteriors
- Assist with preventative maintenance schedules to minimize future repairs
- Communicate effectively with property management and residents regarding maintenance issues
