Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified) - Summary- Ensure the maintenance and safety of apartment units and community areas
- Address and resolve service requests promptly and professionally
- Support the property management team with technical expertise
- Maintain compliance with all safety and operational standards
- Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely manner
- Prepare market-ready units, including trash removal from vacant apartments
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues
- Perform appliance repairs and installations as needed
- Install locks and make keys for residents and management
- Replace light bulbs and maintain lighting in common areas
- Remove trash from office areas and throughout the apartment community daily
- Maintain the upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common spaces
