Apartment Maintenance Technician (HVAC/EPA Certified) - Summary
- Responsible for the general maintenance and repair of apartment communities, with a focus on HVAC systems and EPA compliance.
- Provides timely, efficient, and high-quality maintenance services to residents and property management.
- Ensures all maintenance tasks are completed according to industry standards and company policies.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests from residents and property staff, resolving issues with urgency and professionalism.
- Prepare market-ready units for new residents, which includes trash removal, minor repairs, and cleaning as necessary.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of issues, including mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
- Install, replace, and repair locks as well as make and manage keys for resident and community access.
- Replace light bulbs and fixtures in common areas and ensure all shared spaces are well-lit and functional.
- Perform daily trash removal from office areas and throughout the apartment community to maintain cleanliness and curb appeal.
- Assist in maintaining the grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and all other common areas to uphold property standards.

Qualifications & Requirements
- HVAC/EPA certification is required for this role to ensure proper handling and maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
