Duties & Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to and complete maintenance service requests from residents and staff.
- Assist in preparing market-ready units, including removing trash and ensuring apartments meet move-in standards.
- Execute assigned maintenance tasks efficiently, adhering to established timelines and safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot and repair a variety of mechanical, carpentry, and electrical issues, including appliance repairs.
- Install and repair locks; create and distribute keys as needed.
- Replace lighting in common areas to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
- Remove trash from office areas and around the apartment complex daily to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Assist in the general upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and other shared spaces.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and federal safety regulations, especially regarding EPA guidelines for refrigerant handling.

Qualifications & Requirements
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling (required).
