Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of vacant apartment units to identify necessary repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, such as fixing leaks or replacing fixtures as needed.
- Complete electrical repairs, including replacing light fixtures, switches, and outlets.
- Handle basic carpentry work such as repairing doors, cabinets, or hardware.
- Apply touch-up paint to walls, doors, and trim to ensure a clean and appealing appearance.
- Communicate effectively with property management regarding unit readiness and maintenance priorities.
- Document all work completed and report any outstanding or recurring issues to management for further action.
