Apartment Maintenance Technician - Summary- Integral team member responsible for preserving the safety, functionality, and appearance of apartment communities.
- Primary point of contact for residents and staff in addressing maintenance concerns and service requests.
- Key contributor to resident satisfaction by ensuring prompt and effective resolutions to maintenance issues.
- Respond to and complete maintenance service requests in a timely, professional manner.
- Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents, including trash removal and minor repairs.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, repairs, and troubleshooting related to mechanical, carpentry, and electrical systems.
- Conduct appliance repairs as needed to ensure resident comfort and satisfaction.
- Install locks, make keys, and replace light bulbs in common areas and residences.
- Remove trash from office areas and common spaces in the apartment community on a daily basis.
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing offices, parking lots, and shared spaces.
- Support property management in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all residents and visitors.
- Follow all company safety protocols and procedures to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
