Apartment Maintenance Technician - Summary- Responsible for preparing vacant residential units for occupancy by performing repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Works closely with property management to ensure units meet quality standards prior to move-in.
- Supports ongoing property maintenance and contributes to a positive resident experience.
- Inspect and assess vacant apartments to determine required maintenance and repairs.
- Perform minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs to ensure units are in optimal condition.
- Apply touch-up paint and address cosmetic issues as needed to enhance unit appearance.
- Coordinate with property management regarding unit readiness timelines and priorities.
- Document all completed maintenance work and promptly report any unresolved issues to management.
