Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) - Summary
- Primarily clinical anesthesia role with additional medical director responsibilities
- Serves two facilities, ensuring high standards of perioperative care

Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a broad spectrum of surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Perform pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia, adjusting treatment as necessary
- Supervise and collaborate with CRNAs and other clinical staff
- Oversee administrative functions related to anesthesia services, including policy development and compliance
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and ensure adherence to clinical best practices
- Serve as Medical Director for two facilities, providing leadership in clinical operations and staff development
- Contribute to ongoing education and training for anesthesia providers

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA or equivalent)
- Active and unrestricted medical license
- Prior experience in a leadership or medical director role is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to evidence-based clinical practice and patient safety
