Anesthesiologist, MD/DO - Summary
- Full-time, permanent opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist, MD/DO
- Deliver safe and effective anesthesia care for a diverse patient population
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
- Engage in continuous professional development and best practice implementation
Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer various types of anesthesia (general, regional, local) for surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Assess patient medical histories and develop tailored anesthesia plans
- Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia to ensure safety and manage complications
- Work collaboratively with preoperative and post-anesthesia care units
- Supervise and educate residents, CRNAs, or other trainees as applicable
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with hospital policies and legal regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental meetings

Qualifications & Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- Board certification or eligibility in Anesthesiology (ABA or AOA)
- Active and unrestricted medical license, or eligibility to obtain one
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated commitment to patient safety and quality care
- Ability to work rotating shifts as required
