Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) - Summary- Locum tenens opportunity for a board-certified or board-eligible Anesthesiologist (MD/DO)
- Provide anesthesia care in a collaborative, multidisciplinary medical environment
- Work with Palm Health Resources in a dynamic healthcare setting in CA
- Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic evaluations and obtain informed consent
- Develop and implement individualized anesthetic care plans for patients undergoing surgery or diagnostic procedures
- Administer various types of anesthesia, including general, regional, and local anesthetics
- Monitor patients’ vital signs, level of consciousness, and response to anesthesia throughout procedures
- Identify and manage potential complications related to anesthesia
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Document all aspects of anesthetic care in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines
- Participate in continuing education and training to maintain up-to-date clinical skills

- Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
- Completion of an accredited anesthesiology residency program
- Board certification or board eligibility in Anesthesiology
- Unrestricted medical license to practice medicine in CA (or ability to obtain)
